12 courses. 12 seats. One of Greater Boston’s most exciting new Japanese dining experiences. 🍣✨ I got a first taste of Jūni, Chef Chris Chung’s new modern Japanese-inspired concept in Quincy, ahead of its official opening. Chef Chris—known for his work at Uni and the acclaimed Momi Nonmi—is taking a different approach here. Jūni’s thoughtfully curated 12-course tasting experience combines exceptional seafood, seasonal ingredients, and refined Japanese techniques, but in a way that feels interactive, playful, and approachable. Each course invites you to experience the ingredients a little differently, while still showcasing the precision and craftsmanship Chef Chris is known for. And at $69 per person for 12 courses, it’s an incredible way to experience this level of Japanese dining without the traditional omakase price tag. A very exciting addition to the Greater Boston dining scene—and absolutely worth the trip to Quincy. 🍶🍣 📍 Jūni | Quincy, MA 🍽️ 12-course tasting experience 💰 $69 per guest BostonFoodies BostonRestaurants QuincyMA JapaneseFood Omakase BostonFood BostonEats BostonDining @juni.restaurant @forkingwitharmani
