COTTAGE CHEESE CRUST PIZZA

16oz of Cottage Cheese
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of crushed red pepper
Blend until smooth (food processor or blender)

Line baking sheet with parchment paper, nonstick spray or olive oil

Bake crust at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Apply your favorite toppings and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes

Creamy Homemade
Blackberry Ice Cream

1 Cup Blackberries
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Honey
1/4 Cup Milk or 1/2 & 1/2
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract

Place in freezer for 4 hours
and serve. Enjoy!

I love my new ginger jar from Amazon! Around 8 inches in height! Perfect.

Getting out some of my Easter decor and adding new decor too. I’m adding ribbon to make bows on my existing ceramic bunnies creating a new Easter aesthetic.

One of my other favorite pieces is this ginger jar from Ruby Clay company. I use it all around my house all year long. The quality is fantastic!
