The most used item on our last family trip was this little first aid it. I’m telling you I’m so obsessed with it. From burns, cuts, scrapes, neck pain, immunity support, nausea, and tummy aches. Okay real talk… I 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 this was a total granny hat when I first got it. 😅 But then the compliments started rolling in — and now I get asked about it constantly. It gives full sun protection 𝘢𝘯𝘥 lets me wear my hair in a messy bun or clip 🙌🏼 Game changer.

Now the sunnies… I usually avoid wearing dark sunglasses because your eyes actually help regulate your circadian rhythm and hormones like cortisol and melatonin by detecting natural light. 🤯 But my cortisol has been high lately, and that can make you more sensitive to the sun. These are a great middle ground — not super dark, still let some light in, and they’re cute!

Saw this on Pinterest and had to recreate it with what I had—and let me tell you, GAME. CHANGER.

These are my fav travel sandal. The Chacos and crocs I’ve been wearing for years traveling and I just now added the Amazon ones and the Dolce Vita jellies sandals. They are all soo good!
