Busy mom day = comfy but make it cute 🍂💛 This cozy cardigan is my whole fall personality right now, and paired with leopard jeans it's the easiest pop of color. My cute little "boo" thang that holds my matcha… iced or hot, baby! 🤍

A little look at my @Walmart purchases over the past year as I slowly turn our home into the modern organic space I’ve been dreaming of 🤎 (annnnd some on my wish list)

Warm wood, soft neutrals, natural textures…all the little details that make home feel cozy and put together. I’m mixing in pieces over time and loving how it’s coming together.

And because my purchases aren’t ALL home decor 😂 I included a few kitchen, workday, and travel essentials, too. Pretty things + practical things—that’s my kind of mix.

Save this for later and tell me which find is your favorite!

43 has been a season of realizing that my body needs something different from me than it used to.

Between perimenopause, hormone changes, supporting my thyroid, managing stress and anxiety, motherhood, work, and just LIFE… I’ve realized I can’t constantly run on empty and expect my body to keep up.

So instead of focusing on doing more, I’ve been focusing on supporting myself better.

✨ Nourish. Giving my body the fuel and nutrients it needs.
✨ Regulate. Being intentional about getting out of constant go-mode.
✨ Move. Building strength and moving because I want to feel strong for years to come.
✨ Recover. Remembering that rest and recovery are productive, too.
✨ Get support. Asking questions, checking my labs, and working with providers to figure out what my body needs in this season.

Some of these things are simple. Some are a little bougie. 😂 Some have made a bigger difference for me than others. And I’m sure what I’m doing will continue to evolve as I do.

But maybe that’s the biggest thing I’m learning in my 40s:

I don’t have to push my body harder. I need to get better at listening to it. 🤎

This is simply what supporting MY body looks like right now—not a list of things everyone needs to do. Always work with your healthcare provider when it comes to hormones, thyroid treatment, peptides, medications, or supplements.
