Happy Easter, from our home to yours ๐ฃ๐ฅ

While Easter certainly looks a lot different this year, we decided to make the most of it! I put on a dress, ordered flowers, made my first ever carrot cake -- then we popped some Prosecco and enjoyed a simple dinner for two (Adam was actually peeling potatoes in the kitchen to my left when I snapped this photo!). ๐ธ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ

In over a decade together, this was the first Easter dinner we celebrated in our home, with just the two of us. Typically we spend the holidays in the country with our families, splitting our time between two large gatherings -- and this experience has just made me appreciate them even more. While it wasn't the Easter we're used to, it was still lovely and has left me feeling very grateful. ๐ซ๐ป๐๐ผ

I'm planning to share more from our first Easter dinner for two on the blog later this week -- but in the meantime I've linked some of what I'm wearing, along with our entertaining essentials and dining room decor with @liketoknow.it : http://liketk.it/2MRAc #liketkit #StayHomeWithLTK

Hope you're all staying home, staying safe and enjoying lots of good eats! Cheers, friends. ๐พ๐
