a very simple nursery dresser organization process! on top of the dresser, I have a diaper caddy with all kinds of baby essentials (will list in a separate post). inside the dresser, I have clothes folded and separated by size using the drawer dividers. each size is labeled with a sticker on the top of the drawer! for drawers without clothes, I have used 2 packs of the collapsible drawer organizer bins. these work great for hats, socks, mittens, pacifiers, bibs, burp cloths, baby health products, teethers, small toys, rattles, and so much more! no junk drawers here!
