Another supplement I’m trying to achieve my protein intake, this packet has 15G of grass-fed whey protein, collagen and electrolyte blend. I’m not a fan of artificial flavors but this one has a yummy taste or I’m jus getting used to it! Lol so easy to blend no need to blend, just stir it!
