Make a fun drink + light a candle. Diet Coke, mocktail, whatever feels like a treat 3. Cook something. Learning how to actually make good food has been a game-changer 4. Get in bed at the same time every night. My sleep is so much better when I stick to a rhythm 5. Quick mini reset. Wipe the counters, fluff the pillows — nothing beats waking up to a clean house Not fancy, just what works. And I’m fully obsessed with it 😌🕯💤
