Upgrade your space in 2026 without renovating, knocking down walls, or blowing your budget.

Here are 10 EASY things that instantly make your home feel more elevated, intentional, and designer-approved 👏🏼

Because the truth is…
It’s not about buying more.
It’s about upgrading what you already have — better lighting, better scale, better texture, better layout.

Small shifts. Big impact.

If you’re ready for your “glow up your home” era in 2026, this is your sign 🖤

There is nothing better than climbing into a bed that feels like a luxury hotel 🤍

I’m so picky about bedding — it has to be breathable, soft, and look elevated without feeling fussy. This set from @onequince is truly one of my favorites. The quality is unreal, the texture feels high-end, and it instantly makes the whole room feel more designer.

Good bedding is one of those things you’ll never regret investing in. It completely transforms a bedroom.

outdoor furniture and styling options !
Makeup!
You don’t need new furniture.
You need better placement.

Most rooms don’t feel “off” because of style — they feel off because something is too small, too high, too far apart, or not grounded properly.

These are the exact measurements interior designers use every day. The unglamorous details that actually make a space feel balanced, intentional, and expensive.

Before you:
• Hang art
• Buy a rug
• Install lighting
• Order curtains

Save this.

I promise you — proportion and placement will transform your home more than another shopping trip ever will.

Which rule surprised you most?
neutral area rugs--love these and this brand!
dresser/nightstand combinations. when im choosing this pairing. I always avoid matching sets--feels dated. I personally love one wood piece paired with a painted piece.

My favorite air purifiers!
 My favorite curtains!
I’m in the market for a new dining room light fixture — here’s some I’m eyeing!
Hanging curtains guide:

1️⃣ Hang them HIGH
• 8–12” above the window
• Or 4–6” below the ceiling
(Go higher = taller ceilings)

2️⃣ Go WIDER than the window
• Extend rod 8–12” past frame on EACH side
(Makes windows look bigger)

3️⃣ Length matters
• Measure from rod to floor
• Kiss the floor or barely graze it
• No awkward floating curtains 😅

4️⃣ Fullness = luxury
• Panels should equal 2–2.5x the width of your window
My fav wood floor cleaners✨
Outdoor furniture I love!
5 design mistakes I see alllll the time (and exactly how to fix them) 👇🏼
	1.	Hanging wall art too high
If it’s over furniture, keep it 4–8 inches above the piece.
If it’s on a blank wall, aim for the center of the art at eye level (around 60”).
Bringing it down instantly makes the room feel connected and intentional.
	2.	Rug sizing that’s too small
My go-to? 9x12 whenever the space allows.
Already bought one that’s too small? Layer it over a larger jute rug. You get the surface area you need without redoing the whole room (and jute is usually budget-friendly).
	3.	Not enough layered lighting
Overhead lighting alone isn’t enough.
You need multiple lamps + accent lighting to create warmth and depth. Lighting is what makes a space feel cozy and lived-in.
	4.	Skipping window treatments
If your room feels flat… this is probably why.
Hang curtains as high and as wide as possible to create the illusion of taller ceilings and larger windows. It changes everything.
	5.	Lamps that are too small
Most lamps I see are undersized.
I love lamps that are at least 20” tall. Bigger lamps add volume and make the space feel more elevated and balanced.

Design isn’t complicated — but the details matter.
All my skincare favs!
