Struggling with anxiety sucks! If you've ever had a panic attack or have anxiety regularly, I know you feel me on this. My #anxiety comes on when my inner soul is scared of the unknown. Does that sound weird??

Being scared sucks but you are stronger than your fears. Even if your voice quivers, make your point known! Another day in court which is definitely a high-anxiety day for me. It doesn't get easier to come here but I do get stronger and I can promise you 3 things: 1. my anxiety will always be here 2. I will survive and 3. I will never stop showing up for my son and fighting for his well-being.

On a complete side note, I have gotten REALLY good at managing my anxiety and I'm really proud of that. I literally tried everything from meditating, yoga, and all the "helpful" tips people without anxiety swear by. But for me, my daily anxiety became much more manageable with Garden of Life "Mood +" Probiotic. It's all natural and I take it every morning and that's all I take. I never get panic attacks anymore (except for court days) and I swear by it to all my friends.
