Struggling with anxiety sucks! If you've ever had a panic attack or have anxiety regularly, I know you feel me on this. My anxiety comes on when my inner soul is scared of the unknown. Does that sound weird?? . . . . . Being scared sucks but you are stronger than your fears. Even if your voice quivers, make your point known! Another day in court which is definitely a high-anxiety day for me. It doesn't get easier to come here but I do get stronger and I can promise you 3 things: 1. my anxiety will always be here 2. I will survive and 3. I will never stop showing up for my son and fighting for his well-being. . . . . . On a complete side note, I have gotten REALLY good at managing my anxiety and I'm really proud of that. I literally tried everything from meditating, yoga, and all the "helpful" tips people without anxiety swear by.
