You can add anything you want, but I made mine with the following: - 3 eggs (add more or less for your desired servings) - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese - Mushrooms - Onions - Cilantro - Gouda - I used Mission gf tortilla as the crust but I’d recommend a larger burrito tortilla for this recipe !
