i've used a menstrual cup for the last 5+ years & finally tried the flex disc after hearing raving reviews... WOW. i am blown away by this. no leaking, easier for me to put in & take out. self emptying when you use the restroom throughout the day, leaving you with almost no "mess" even on the heaviest day 10/10 could not recommend trying the disc more!
