Weighted walking has been a game changer for me this year. And it adds a little more difficultly to my walks and workouts.
My weighted walk staples:

Weighted vest, ofc. We have two versions — this one is a 12lb and comes in a bunch of different weights and is the best way to start off. And the second one we sized up to 20-32lb adjustable vest so you can start lighter and work your way up.

Air Max are my favorite sneaker right now + these neutrals are so good! Fit TTS

A good pair of shorts that won’t roll or move around - I love these lookalike FP shorts even more than the actual bc this waistband is not as wide and fits so well. Come in a ton of colors, zip pocket on the size. I wear a small.

My favorite LS is this swiftly. Great for layering if it’s chilly, golfing, lounging. I wear a size 8

And of course my AirPods so people can’t listen to my music 😉

Not shown: my favorite wear all the time sports bras and the best no-show socks. Yep, I still wear no show socks 😅 And can’t forget the Apple Watch to track all those steps — I’m afraid I’m becoming addicted to that thing

If you need a few extra hands around the house I can’t recommend this enough! The Roomba 105 came highly recommended — this one comes with a doc and unloading station, and an app. Control it from your phone!

It is a dream on wood floors and a good quick pick up on the carpet — I will say a vacuum works better and I still run it weekly for a deeper clean on our little spot of carpet. But just for getting random stuff, dust and dog hair this is amazing!

Workout OOTD every day

These are both great lookalikes in the ribbed tank and shorts — for way less. I have both in a bunch of colors.

Tank -> I wear a size large - it’s got a padded built in bra and is perfect for working out and hot
baseball games

Shorts I wear a small or medium. I love the wide waist band and it has a zipper pocket - again I workout in these every morning and wear them all summer long.

I talk about these cedars all the time but it’s just because they are so good.

I’ve had the ones out front of my house for over two years- and I have them on the back patio and now at the warehouse. They won’t discolor in the sun and are the best faux plants I’ve had—- and this coming from a live plant killer who only keeps faux.

Throw in some festive picks (hobby lobby has a ton!) and now they are ready for Christmas season!
