Couple of my daily non-negotiables. I’ve been using Nutrafol since December 2024 when I took out my extensions and absolutely notice the health of my hair improving and thickening, overall healthier. And growing! It took a good 3 months before I noticed anything and consistency is key. Give it time. Since I first tried Flavcity I’ve been hooked. It was a month or two ago. I have one every day- honestly replaced my morning coffee with it. It’s not meant to be a coffee replacement but the flavor for me makes me feel like I’m having a coffee but I’m getting 25g of protein and 10g collagen — it has a little caffeine too so that with my daily Alani is plenty 😉 I’ve mixed with milk and almond milk but my preference is just mixing with water, shaking and pouring over ice. Also good for a little high-protein snack in the afternoon. Butter Coffee is my favorite flavor. LTKOver40
