Weighted walking has been a game changer for me this year. And it adds a little more difficultly to my walks and workouts.
My weighted walk staples:

Weighted vest, ofc. We have two versions — this one is a 12lb and comes in a bunch of different weights and is the best way to start off. And the second one we sized up to 20-32lb adjustable vest so you can start lighter and work your way up.

Air Max are my favorite sneaker right now + these neutrals are so good! Fit TTS

A good pair of shorts that won’t roll or move around - I love these lookalike FP shorts even more than the actual bc this waistband is not as wide and fits so well. Come in a ton of colors, zip pocket on the size. I wear a small.

My favorite LS is this swiftly. Great for layering if it’s chilly, golfing, lounging. I wear a size 8

And of course my AirPods so people can’t listen to my music 😉

Not shown: my favorite wear all the time sports bras and the best no-show socks. Yep, I still wear no show socks 😅 And can’t forget the Apple Watch to track all those steps — I’m afraid I’m becoming addicted to that thing

These target wreaths are perfect for fence decor or on your home or inside. I had these last year and up outside until Jan and they still look great.

I talk about these cedars all the time but it’s just because they are so good.

I’ve had the ones out front of my house for over two years- and I have them on the back patio and now at the warehouse. They won’t discolor in the sun and are the best faux plants I’ve had—- and this coming from a live plant killer who only keeps faux.

Throw in some festive picks (hobby lobby has a ton!) and now they are ready for Christmas season!

Best workout tank — looks and performs JUST LIKE the 🍋 version. I wear a size 8 or 10 for the girls 😉 Have in black, cream, red, green and blue.

My hands down favorite shorts — wear a size medium or small — have in a ton of colors. Wear to workout and wear all summer long.

My magic juice — Alani preworkout is my fave. This is witches brew but I also love peach.

Easy costume idea — these stickeman suits were so fun at glow golf and will be great for Halloween. Fits TTS. I did a medium originally but ended up keeping the small. Got Dave XXL. Velcro closure at the back. Take 2 AA batteries

Obsessed with these— you guys, I’m a hypocrite and I’ll tell you first. I swore I would never wear crocs- my boys love them. Dave loves them. Me? No way.

Until I saw these and I immediately added to cart and they ARE SO GOOD. Literally comfier than any pair of Uggs I’ve worn. Love the camel and brown but they come in other colors. Hard bottom so you can wear them everywhere. Sherling inside so they are COMFY AND COZY.

The Shark vacmop-> I’ve raved about this - for quick pick ups / mop jobs. I’ve got one at the house and warehouse. It is on major sale.

This shark cordless- didn’t know we needed at the warehouse until Claire told me we did and it works SO GOOD. Also on major sale and would be a great gift (yeah yeah cleaning gifts suck but they don’t)
