I wasn’t always a morning person, but once I realized how much it affected my consistency to sticking with a plan, the more I leaned into it. 

I started using my mornings as a way to actually focus on my goals, and focusing on my fitness goals. 

Getting my workout done first thing in the morning, meant no interruptions and no more missing workouts from a crazy day. It was done before the day started.

Habit 1: Waking up at 5. Has truly changed my life. It allows me to focus on myself first thing, get my movement and workout done, and jump into the day, accomplishing my most important tasks. 

Habit 2: Post-workout nutrition
If you aren't fueling yourself post workout, your sadly wasting your efforts. There needs to be intention behind refuling just like intention in your training. 

Habit 3: Daily steps. I love getting my steps in the morning and habit stacking with sun on my face first thing! It's a great way to start the day and start checking off my movement first thing

Habit 4: Me time. Having coffee, planning the day, and heading into the day with a clear head instead of chaos.
