The best life of the year has been getting new headshots done at the end of our Family Christmas shoot 🙌🏾 it’s been on my to do list for far too long so it landed at the top of my 30 Before 30 list! I’ve quite literally had my headshot since I started in Corporate America 7 years ago. Every call I joined I saw a completely different Kayla that was fresh out of college and ready to tackle the world and I honestly didn’t recognize her anymore. Given my promotion back in June of this year to Transformation Excellence Manager, I’ve been completely ready/overdue for a total rebrand. I’ve taken time to think about my career planning - what I want this next phase of my journey to look like, what I want to specialize in due to tech changing at such a rapid rate and what do I want to be known for as I step into this leadership role/responsibilities. This truly feels like the fresh start I needed 📸✨ yet another step closer to closing out my 30 for 30 list (almost 1/3 done 🥲✔️)
