I honestly found it really overwhelming because of my lack of knowledge. My mum didn’t have the knowledge either and when I was trying to find other people’s experiences online I couldn’t find a single one which made me feel alienated 😣 Then to find out that this happens to 80% of people made me even more overwhelmed because why doesn’t anyone talk about it?! It’s normal, natural and so common yet it’s seen as such a taboo subject.
