Currently in a really good mental place with my body and I’m proud of that!!! Do I love what I see when I look in the mirror? UM NO & I dread finding outfits for special events.. I’m still like 25lbs up from before pregnancy but I know this body gave me Oakes and I’m so thankful for that!!!

I’ve been trying to drink lots of water, stay up on my protein (I order @thepreppedpalate weekly if you’re local) and been lifting twice a week + Pilates once a week. Hoping to get more walks in with Oakes this week!

My goal is to improve those stats on the scale and get feeling healthy again to hopefully prep for our next baby 🙏🏼 I want to feel strong going into my next pregnancy, whenever that is!
