The project that dreams are made of 🍭☕️💕 When a client tells you they want to open a coffee shop and they tell you they want it to be FUN you’re like… umm YES! Total bathroom transformation! It’s hard to believe the 90s mess this bathroom was before 🫣 Everything was gutted and we started from scratch (did we have a choice?) ✨Kitchen facelift ✨ It’s not that it was “bad” before… just dated. The old granite, backsplash and lighting had it stuck in the early 2000s The floors are easily the biggest impact but changing out the countertops (the new slabs are quartzite) and squaring off the island really made a difference! We took this kitchen from very drab to “Oh Wow!” (Swipe to see the progress) Major bonus points to my client who was on board with the green backsplash! Why green? Green is the dominant color in nature and symbolizes growth and prosperity. It restores balance and brings peace. It also looks amazing! Ha! 💚 #LTKhome

Forever one of my favorite rooms! How to create a memorable living space: 1. Interesting lighting. Something to draw your eyes up 2. Pay attention to textures! Different textures add depth to your room. 3. It’s okay to mix patterns! Pattern on pattern will make your space unique. I love the leopard pillows with the black and white fireplace tile! 4. Make BOLD choices! Even if it’s just one unexpected piece, push yourself to choose something that you wouldn’t have normally considered.
