From Cars Land for his 3rd birthday to celebrating Lightning McQueen Day at the movie theater… I know these little moments probably feel ordinary right now, but I already know I’ll look back on them and miss them so much.

There’s something about motherhood that makes you want to freeze time. The little Cars toys everywhere, the excitement over Lightning McQueen, the tiny hands reaching for mine, and getting to make these memories together.

I know one day the Cars phase will be over… and honestly, I’ll be so sad when it is.
