🌴🌿👶🏼Postpartum health routine I’ve loved as a second-time mom (9–12 months) It took me over a year to lose the baby weight after my first, and this time I just wanted to feel like me again—sooner, stronger, and with way less stress. One of the biggest things that’s helped me stick to my health goals (with a toddler AND a baby in tow) is having Raw Generation’ juices delivered I've been obsessed with the Stay Skinny Method—a mix of cold-pressed green juices, protein smoothies, and juice shots, all made fresh and flash frozen to keep the nutrients in. — Dinner: a mix of whole grains, veggies & protein: we’ve been having a lot of sweet potato, brown rice, & broccoli since Dune & Marine are loving those right now or typically more Red Meat since that’s Justin’s go-to.
