As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to remain active and continue working out. Im 36 years old now, and with my last pregnancies I was 19, 22 & 24. It’s a whole new ballgame this time and with my previous pregnancies, I never worked out. I was just young, active and naturally tiny 😂 Over the last 5 years, I gained 60lbs navigating some pretty dark times and very intentionally lost 30lbs through lifestyle changes, moderate exercise and daily supplements. I didn’t realize how EXHAUSTED I would be already in this pregnancy. I have almost no energy and I’m napping more than ever. Im hoping to remain as active as possible throughout this pregnancy but I know alot of it is out of my control. I’ve been too nauseous most days to even leave the couch.
