I have loved everything I have ever bought at quince. All AMAZING quality. That's where this top is from, I get everything there true to size. Small for me. Also this tank I technically was wearing backwards. But I think it looks and works both ways.
My shorts are a size 00- I would definitely say to size down.

I keep these decorations on hand and pull them out every birthday. Just change a few things different for each kid.
