this sleep tea is my favorite. Steep one Bengal tea and one sleepy time vanilla tea bag. then I add a tiny bit of organic maple syrup and some chobani creamer. literally a treat every night that totally curbs my sweet tooth.

Linked my favorite new flower for you! this is why I love it so much. The flowers are extremely full and ruffled, almost resembling a peony, ranunculus, or camellia. You also get multiple shades of blooms on the same bush and even on each bloom making it look for old England and that perfect European touch
