I’ve been leaning more towards simple, minimalist styles in the past few years and really curating pieces that work season after season. And I’m here to tell you that building a wardrobe with high quality staples is possible and you don’t have to spend a fortune! For fall and beyond, I”m recommending a good pair of relaxed denim (not quite skinny but not quite a wide leg), a versatile silk blouse, a more trendier piece this year with a vest and a classic sling bag which can be worn year round. @onequince #quincepartner

First off I want to talk about these jeans! I have a few pairs of Quince jeans and this pair is by far my favorite. One thing I’ve noticed with Quince jeans is that they are most fitted at the waist, so I sized up to a 30 and they fit perfectly. I am typically a 29 in J.Crew / Madewell so use that for a reference.

I like how relaxed the leg shape is without being too wide leg and the length is spot on as well. They are high rise, just FYI. I would suggest a size up if the waist is usually where you find tightness.

I love all things silk from Quince and I wanted to give this dress a try. I am in the large, as I went with the same sizing as I do with their silk skirts. I don’t like silk to cling anywhere so sizing up was the right choice on this one! It’s a touch big at the chest, but the straps are adjustable and I have plenty of room in the waist / hips. If you are in between sizes, go up one size.

Such a nice versatile staple to have year round! I plan on wearing this with a leahter jacket later this fall or an oversized blazer.

Linen is such a nice fabric to have through the fall here in Texas. I know we typically reach for it in spring / summer but it has a place in my fall uniform too. I am in the medium here and it fits perfectly-- not too tight across the chest. It may run generous for those with smaller busts.

If you don’t like the longline version, I’ll link a shorter vest in LTK too! That one fits a bit generously as well.

LOVE this silk blouse! The quality is top notch and the fit is nice. It is supposed to be more of a tailored fit, but I sized up so it would fit more relaxed (I don’t like silk tops to be too tight across my chest.) And I love how the large fits.

If you want it to fit like on the model, stay TTS. If you want a more relaxed fit, go up one size.

Here is a bit of a swerve: a nice pair of silk pants. That sure enough do not look like pajamas, which was my fear. They have enough structure and the length is perfect for heels. I paired them with this silk blouse and while I love a matching set, I think that if the top was the exact same color, it would look too pajama adjacent The offset of the colors but coordinating fabrics work perfectly.

I am in the large of the pants, they run generous in the waist but I prefer this length for me. .

This top is a stretchy ribbed knit top and is a lovely piece to have for a workplace staple. You could easily wear it alone, as seen here, or under a blazer. It’s a gorgeous top, under $50. It is more fitted so I am in the large and love the fit. I have a touch of wiggle room and lots of stretch. I’d say it’s true to size overall and the large is perfect for me.

PS: not sure if you’re looking for a tailored short right now, but this one is a nice option from Quince. I sized up and suggest you do as well. They run small overall.

This sweater top is one I’ve had since the spring and highly recommend. It’s lightweight, non itchy and the fit is a nice tailored look that works well with trousers, denim, etc. It comes mainly in solids but I like this striped option.

After reading reviews, I went with a large and glad I did. It runs snug at the chest / arms. .

I'm in the medium and it's PLENTY roomy in here! I'm in the 10 of the shorts and highly recommend a size up if the waist is a sizing issue for you.

I love how easily this outfit came together and how tailored it is. These shorts have the nicest fit – they’re tailored and pleated and quite comfortable at the same time. However, DO size up! I am in the 10 ( a size up) and they’re still pretty fitted at the waist! The sweater vest however runs generously, I’m in the medium and there is plenty of wiggle room.

Don’t sleep on this tote either! If you are looking for a BIG leather tote, it’s this one! I can’t believe how roomy this bag is, it’s huge! Can definitely fit a laptop et al, and would be great for travel! If you are looking for a mom bag, you have found it! @onequince #quincepartner

This dress runs a bit generous, so no need to size up! It is fully lined so there is no sheerness! The fabric is light and airy, but there is quite a lot of structure to the fabric which keeps the shape. I was pleasantly surprised by how luxe it felt! A medium would fit me best! I’m in the large of the shorts, the run TTS. If you want looser then go up a size like I did. Under $30!!

I’m in the medium of the top, true to size. Most snug fit in the arms.
