This top is a stretchy ribbed knit top and is a lovely piece to have for a workplace staple. You could easily wear it alone, as seen here, or under a blazer. It’s a gorgeous top, under $50. It is more fitted so I am in the large and love the fit. I have a touch of wiggle room and lots of stretch. I’d say it’s true to size overall and the large is perfect for me. PS: not sure if you’re looking for a tailored short right now, but this one is a nice option from Quince. I sized up and suggest you do as well. They run small overall.
