These shoes ended up being perfect for travel. They have arch support, which I love and need. They’re cute and I love that they can be dressed up or down. I do need to clean them after taking them to Chicago though, so a magic eraser is coming their way!

I usually have this with me in my purse, one in my car, and especially when I travel and don’t want to stop anywhere or have to go anywhere to get some if I need it (we were a 45 minute walk from the nearest drugstore in Chicago). I love that this keeps them divided and all in one place. I usually have a few varieties that I may need (a coworker ended up borrowing some ibuprofen too and was very glad I had it). It’s great for storage while on-the-go!

I’ve been crushing so hard on these pants I got for my work trip. I ordered another pair in black and one in red today - they’re on sale and the perfect work pants for business casual dress. They run long, and a little big. This belt is stretchy and perfect for them!

I’ve been loving this lipstick since I bought it. It is matte, which isn’t normally my preference, but it’s so long-lasting. I put it on yesterday morning and didn’t have to reapply it all day, and I wore it to my Chicago conference last week. I’m wearing the shade 1995 here, but Femmebot is also gorgeous (search my page for Pat McGrath and you can find swatches of both)!

My travel skincare routine stays the same as my home makeup routine:
An oil cleanser followed by a cleansing balm, serum, moisturizer, then spf (in the mornings). At home I add in a little bit depending on my skin’s needs, but I keep the basics in my travel bag.

I just got back from Chicago and I have LOVED looking through the photos. City views are always a favorite for me. Another favorite is this backpack purse. It was great for roaming around the city.
