I’m sharing one of my go to lunches to make!! This is so easy and it’s extremely nutrient dense!!! -last night for dinner we had organic chicken from a local farm combined that with brussels sprouts and rice (and marinated the chicken in the primal kitchen golden bbq sauce) Today for lunch, I decided I wanted to get a little bit more of a power kick from some greens and some healthy fats! So I added in a garden spring mix salad from a local farm, micro greens, avocado oil, half of an avocado, and a homemade honey harvest dressing!! Combined all of this together and let me tell you this is incredibly delicious and so tasty and an easy way to add some more nutrients into your lunch meal!!;) LTKFamily LTKStyleTip LTKU
