Being more naturally minded, we don’t rely on medication in our household—but when the time does come and someone gets sick, we love having our natural medicine cabinet stocked 💕

I also added a few baby essentials we’ll keep on hand, including what we plan to use if she ever gets a fever ☺️ 💓✨🛍️ as well as books I’ve read and will reach for in times needed!

I prefer to let a fever do its job rather than immediately reaching for fever reducers!! 💓💓💓

We also chose oral vitamin K drops instead of the vitamin K shot at birth, so I’m linking the ones we used for any mamas who are researching their options. 🎀

The LifeVac is an airway clearance device designed as a secondline choking rescue treatment for adults and children!

We keep ours somewhere easy to access because when an emergency happens, you don’t want to be searching for what to do. I also recommend take a cpr / Heimlich class!! It’s crazy to me how many people don’t know it!!
