I’ve been “stepping” up my walking routine by wearing a weighted vest. I’m wearing a 12 pound vest. Typically a vest could be equal to 10% of your body weight but obviously you need to consider your current fitness level. I’ve also linked another vest that my friend has that allows you to add increments of weight as you get accustomed to wearing the vest.
