july is coming to an end. 😓 it’s time to figure out what we need before we go back to school! 
let me share some of my favorite back to school essentials! i did not link the hoodies because mine are rather dated. but if you guys would like me to do a post of hoodie recommendations i would be more than happy to! just DM me on lemon8 or IG :) 
1. basic tees & long sleeve tees 👚 
trust me, you’ll use this a million times this year! there’s sooo many outfits you can make with them! i like to get a few colors in a style i really like :)
2. mid-thigh length shorts (or knee-length, whatever your school allows!) 
these are so so cute, especially the high rise ones! they’re perfect for august when it’s still hot out ☀️ 
3. COMFORTABLE pants 👖 
i’m telling youuuu these are a game changer. i didn’t know jeans could be so comfortable until i started exploring new brands! don’t put up with stiff, uncomfortable jeans all school year. there’s comfy ones out there!! (rewash brand is AMAZINGLY comfortable)
4. sneakers 👟 
a trendy, cute pair of sneakers will go a long way! there’s so many outfits they work with!
5. zip up hoodies
a layering must-have!
6. oversized hoodies
honestly i wouldn’t be able to get by without at least one comfort hoodie
7. sweatpants
burn out is expected. a good pair of sweats will get you through, love 💗 
8. cotton tube socks
i love a good pair of loose cotton tube socks! they’re cute with shorts & sneakers or dr martens!
