Brand 29 is @smartwool ! They’re the best base layers I have found for cold weather. I’ve worn these in Alaska and they kept me dry and warm. They go up to a 4X and are generously sized. I would even recommend going down a size for a tighter base layer fit. Smart wool is sold at a lot of retailers. From the US website you can only ship directly in the United States. it appears that they have a Canadian and European among other webpages that ship in those regions. I imagine they have more worldwide shipping access if you order from those specific websites or retailers that carry their products. I only share brands that I have personally tried and smart wool is one of the best for winter gear for plus sizes! It can be hard to find outdoor wear in extended plus.
