Winter skincare doesn’t stop with a great face routine the hair and scalp need some love as well. When my face starts getting dry during the winter my hair does as well. Redid my apartment balcony into a cozy hideaway and everything is (mostly) from Amazon. A little upgrade in an outdoor space is what everyone should treat themselves to this summer. ✨ measure your space to determine how much flooring is needed. Mine is 7’x5’ so I needed 35sq ft of flooring- so 35 pieces that measure 12x12
✨ add a personal touch- my snake plant has been repotted twice since it’s growing so fast. I put it outdoors for optimal sun and it also obstructs the balcony view from the street
✨these two poufs work as an ottoman or a fun way to seat extra people without more chairs taking up this small space
✨opted for a few turf squares vs all wood- gave more of a nature feeling plus the turf is the next best thing to putting my feet in the grass
✨everything is outdoor/waterproof including the table which is actually a shower stool- this makes it a great space saver
✨blankets in a basket are a quick grab for chilly nights

Clean beauty products that work the same or better as regular products, let’s do it:
1. Bar soap: all natural made with olive oil this soap leaves your skin moisturized. It helps combat smells (esp in the arm pits) that organic homemade soaps usually can’t do. It’s even gentle enough to use on your face or as an everyday hand wash soap. Versatile and affordable- also an automatic replenish item, sign me up!
2. Billie shaving cream- clean beauty, white creamy texture, so much better than messy foam. Almost like a thick lotion, let’s me easily see spots I missed. No drying out or razor burn for me
3. Billie razor subscription $9 to start: amazing razor with five blades, grey cushion area and flexible head for easy maneuver that’s gentle. I love this! No bumps or cuts. Also love the auto replenish blade option. Anything to make my life easier.
4. Natural deodorant free of aluminum and parabens: this ACTUALLY works- the first natural deodorant that’s worked for me- I’ve tried plenty throughout the years. It is sticky like most natural deodorants are but it dries and holds. My arm pits are no longer itchy red and bumpy when using this combined with the Billie products
