Perfect Baked Sweet Potatoes (Halved!) 🍠✨

⏱ 45 min total (10 prep / 35 bake)
🔥 400°F

• Scrub & dry sweet potatoes
• Cut in half lengthwise
• Place flesh-side down on lined sheet pan
• Poke skins with fork
• Drizzle with oil & rub to coat
• Sprinkle total of 1 tsp salt + ¼ tsp pepper (both sides)
• Bake 35 min until caramelized & fluffy

Halving = faster cook time + perfectly caramelized edges 🤍
