I think this is going to be a game changer. I love this shaky shaky plate. I call it but it’s a vibration plate that’s helping with lymphatics and drainage and it just helps so much. I can already feel like my body loosening up. You know standing all day sitting on the laptop and you know you tense up after a while so this is a really good thing to do.
