I don’t know about 12 hours, but this lip stain does last at least 5-6 hours while looking just-applied. That’s impressive enough for me. I’m used to lip liners that wear off in 2 hours.

Be sure to store upside down and it won’t be dry (I’ve seen people complain about that).
