SWIM
I have really worked in my hair routine to get it healthy enough to take out my extensions. I still can’t believe this is my hair! I apply the rosemary oil and caster oil to my scalp in various areas and really massage it in. The I spray my hair with water and apply the hair mask. I add this foil shower cap to help amplify the oils and mask. Then I heat up my regular shower cap in the towel warmer because heat helps it even more! I try to leave this on for at least 30 mins to 1 hour. Then i double shampoo and condition in the shower. This process has been amazing for my hair growth and making my hair stronger #LTKselfcare #LTKstorytime #LTKvlog
