My nighttime routine 😴💤 I mentioned in my recent vlog that I’m prioritizing taking better care of myself as I’ve neglected my body for sooo many years. This is my current routine that makes me feel good before going to bed:

* Haircare: brush through & tie into a loose mid ponytail using a silk scrunchie
* Skincare: I keep it as simple as possible - wash, acne pad + patches & moisturizing sleeping mask
* Dental hygiene: Brush them teeth
* Learning Lesson: Duolingo is sassy so if I don’t do a lesson I’ll hear it haha
* Journaling: The most important part of my routine! Writing to the Lord about the things I’m thankful & grateful puts my mental health in a good place before going to bed.
