Today I’m sharing my daughter’s nursery/toddler room with you all because I diyed this room myself and I’m still so proud of it. I painted, added wallpaper then added the picture moulding. I got an ikea dresser, added trim and then painted it. I used rub n buff on the curtain rods and the mirror to make it match the finish the crib.

The sweetest surprise for my girls. 🥰

I designed the room and my mom diyed it! I love how it came together! It’s so perfect for my little girls and they love it so much. They love the slide on the bed and the little house bed. The floor lamp was passed down from my grandma. It was in my room as a kid and now it’s in theirs.

Home Decor Tip Tuesday!

As much as I love all the framed art from stores like Target and will buy a couple of them every so often when I find one I really love. Most of my art actually comes from creators on Etsy and I find it to be much more cost effective. You can buy a digital download for just a couple of bucks and print at home or get it printed at Walgreens (a lot of times they have coupons too so be on the look out).

This way you have something unique and you’re supporting a small business while saving money! I keep my old prints behind each other so I don’t have to rebuy and reprint every season and I reuse the same frames.

Today I’m rounding up some of my favorite art off of Etsy along with some of my favorite frames. I will be honest though, home goods has the best prices when it comes to frames so def take a look if you have one local!

Our deck gets full sun in the afternoons, so this patio umbrella is a total must for us.

It has several height adjustments, it rotates 360 degrees and move it from left to right as the sun moves. This has made being outside in the summer so much enjoyable.

Our deck gets a lot of sun so here in a couple weeks as it really starts to warm up we’ll be bringing our umbrella back out.

This umbrella has several height adjustments and it can rotate 360 degrees so you can adjust it throughout the day as the sun moves.

This is our second summer having it and it’s such a must have for our deck.

My girls and I picked some tulips at a tulip farm and normally I like to get white and pinks but of course they wanted all of the colors and I think I like it better this way!

This week we are on spring break and these two girls of mine won’t stop! Between crafts + toys, it’s been hard to keep up. I’ve got a love hate relationship with playdoh and kinetic sand. I don’t know how many times I’ve vacuumed this week. 😆

I recently got this glass hurricane and it is beautiful. My black end table will forever be one of my favorites and it’s solid wood! My rug is the perfect neutral rug and could go in so many different areas. My entryway table is a bit of a splurge but it is real wood and comes in so many different finishes. This one is the Sierra Natural. I love the mirror I got to go with my console! It is the perfect shape.

Whenever I share my outdoor area, I get asked about our coffee table which has been sold out for a couple of years now.

The one thing I never covered was our coffee table and after a few years, it started aging. Last year, I started looking for a replacement. I ended up buying a super cheap one and was not happy with the quality. I finally came across this one and it is perfect! It is very similar to out previous coffee table even down to the size.

Once I get everything styled, I’ll be sure to share!

Some things in my home that are currently on sale.

This entryway table is one of my favorite purchases. It is a bit of a splurge but it is so worth it. It’s solid wood. It comes in many finishes but this one is the sierra rustic natural. I love love love the shape of the mirror in this space. The lamp looks like it would be $$$$ but it’s under $100.

My lamp and end table in my living room are also on sale. I am obsessed with the legs on my end table and it is also solid wood. It brings the perfect bit of contrast to my living room.

My kitchen faucet was a bit of an investment but wow is it beautiful! It is the perfect brass imo.

Last but not least is my chandelier. I did add shades to it which I also did link!

While my bathroom was beautiful already, I always felt like it could be better. I had always envisioned picture moulding in this space and a couple of weeks ago, I finally decided to do something about it.

One thing led to another and I end up on Wayfair’s website and I came across this gorgeous light fixture and pulls and it somehow turned into a much larger project. 😂 Isn’t that how it always goes?

When it comes to projects regardless of size, @Wayfair has everything you need. They were my go to when I was building and they continue to be one of my go tos for really anything home.
