I’ve had these Adirondack chairs since last year and I love them! They fold up, which is really nice for storage. Each chair has a cup holder which you can put under the arm rest when not in use!

Today I’m sharing a shared girls room space that I designed and my mom diyed for my little girls at her house! I think it turned out super cute. I love love love the color drenching in this space!

And the rug in here is one of my faves and it’s currently on sale!

When we moved in, our kitchen was very much builder grade. Over the last few years, we’ve made changes to our kitchen to make it look a little more custom. Here are two things we did that made our kitchen look more custom.

1. Cabinets to the ceiling- this was by far the biggest change we’ve made to our kitchen and I absolutely love the impact it made. It made our kitchen feel so much bigger and honestly, it wasn’t quite as expensive as we thought it would be. I want to say the project was a little under $1,000 when it was all said and done. We did install the cabinets ourselves though.

2. Panel ready appliances- I didn’t even think about this when we built but it makes such a difference. Our dishwasher stopped working last year so I made the switch to panel ready. We bought the cabinet for $145 and then Matt sprayed it to match our cabinets and installed it.

I don’t share this space super often so I figured I’d share it today. This is actually two cabinets that I turned into a sideboard and I love how it turned out. It created such a statement.

My mil actually bought the media cabinet version of this cabinet, which has a similar vibe. It’s a little shorter so you can put a tv over/on it.

I got the cutest top today! It comes in two colors and has a tie in the back so you can adjust it as needed. It also has matching shorts! I’ll link both.

These faucets are hands down one of my favorite high end looks for less. They look like they would be super expensive, but they’re not. I’ve had them years and I loved them so much that I added them in a different finish to my powder bath.

My front porch is about to get a bit of an update! I got some real flowers so I’ll be filling these pots soon!

I absolutely love these trees in between seasons though! They’re beautiful and add so much height!

The way the green just pours into my bathroom windows is probably one of my favorite things.

I realized I hadn’t shared many pictures of this space since I added the picture moulding. I love the way it turned out. It made our bathroom look so much more custom!

I’ve wanted a very similar McGee vase but it’s $240 and honestly, that’s just too much! I found this one at At Home for 19.99 and it’s just as gorgeous!

For those who use faux, these faux petunias are probably my favorite faux flower. They do require some fluffing as they come in a pretty tight bag. I have one bag of the gradient purple and one bag of the white and it’s filled multiple pots. IMO a lot of the faux out there look super fake and these pass the test for me.

I was planning to switch these out yesterday but I did not. 😅 I like faux in between seasons but I personally prefer real flowers.

I originally bought this table from Target and the chairs were from Walmart. Both of which are gone like the wind 🤣 but I did find a set that is very similar that I will link below. I will also link some other alternatives that I think are pretty.

All the DIYs behind Ella’s room.

I get asked a lot about Ella’s room so I figured I’d go through everything I did in her room and how I did it. I diyed this room pretty much by myself (my mom helped me paint + install the wallpaper) and I’m still SO proud of it.

I painted, added wallpaper then added the chair railing + picture moulding. I got an ikea dresser, added trim and then painted it for more of a custom look. I used rub n buff on the curtain rods and the mirror to make it match the finish the crib. I poured so much love into her room and I’m still obsessed with it!

I ordered one bag of these faux flowers and they’re pretty good! You do have to fluff them a little but super impressed!

I found the most realistic hydrangeas and today I’m comparing my real touch hydrangea to a real hydrangea and im telling you they’re almost identical.

They are a bit of an investment but they’re so worth it to have hydrangeas that actually look real. The flowers aren’t stiff and the stems are bendable so you can fit them to your vase!

They come in two different colors and personally I like mixing the green and white hydrangea together!

The sweetest surprise for my girls. 🥰

I designed the room and my mom diyed it! I love how it came together! It’s so perfect for my little girls and they love it so much. They love the slide on the bed and the little house bed. The floor lamp was passed down from my grandma. It was in my room as a kid and now it’s in theirs.

Home Decor Tip Tuesday!

As much as I love all the framed art from stores like Target and will buy a couple of them every so often when I find one I really love. Most of my art actually comes from creators on Etsy and I find it to be much more cost effective. You can buy a digital download for just a couple of bucks and print at home or get it printed at Walgreens (a lot of times they have coupons too so be on the look out).

This way you have something unique and you’re supporting a small business while saving money! I keep my old prints behind each other so I don’t have to rebuy and reprint every season and I reuse the same frames.

Today I’m rounding up some of my favorite art off of Etsy along with some of my favorite frames. I will be honest though, home goods has the best prices when it comes to frames so def take a look if you have one local!

Our deck gets full sun in the afternoons, so this patio umbrella is a total must for us.

It has several height adjustments, it rotates 360 degrees and move it from left to right as the sun moves. This has made being outside in the summer so much enjoyable.

Our deck gets a lot of sun so here in a couple weeks as it really starts to warm up we’ll be bringing our umbrella back out.

This umbrella has several height adjustments and it can rotate 360 degrees so you can adjust it throughout the day as the sun moves.

This is our second summer having it and it’s such a must have for our deck.
