LOVED this dress at LTK Con. It has a shorter under dress with this sheer overlay and ruffle at the bottom. The back has a bow to tie around your neck as well. It was so comfortable in the Texas heat. I washed it and wore again last night to a wedding where it was 100 degrees in Oklahoma and I wasn’t too hot!
