New FAVORITE bra. I have exclusively worn sports bras for years. I have a large chest. I was on the fence about “one size fits all”. It fits so well. The sides don’t cut into me at all which is a first. It’s buttery soft and smooth. I want this in more colors.

The @lowes Kensington is back in stock as well for the season! This has significantly more lights than the Tyler I shared yesterday. I prefer the Tyler especially for my bedroom because it has a beautiful light glow that’s not blinding! But this is very pretty in larger rooms!

Flip house front porch. These 5x7 outdoor rugs are affordable but I also went into my local store and they were on clearance for $50 each. The basket planter on the bottom left is from ikea and has a plastic insert to plant in. It says “last chance” so grab one now if you like it! Other planters are Walmart and the huge ones are Ballard designs and I have linked them! I also super love these outdoor exterior lantern lights that are a great size! Under $100 each too! This 9’ TILTING patio umbrella is such a good deal! $88. I found one in my local store on clearance for $48!! It provides so much shade, tilts, is affordable and pretty! My last umbrella I loved but it broke in a storm so this was an affordable way to get me through the rest of summer and fall!

Cute fall outfit! I’m in a large in the dress but it was too big so I ordered a medium. It’s a large cardigan so I ordered an XL for a more oversized fit. The horseshoe on the back of this cardigan is so cute!

The kitchen in the flip house is what dreams are made of! I love this LG dishwasher from @lowes — the dishes were actually completely dry after a one hour wash and dry. Linking other decor here! I get lots of questions on these cute scalloped counter stools and they are linked. The lantern pendants are also from @lowes but I had clear glass cut for them. They come with seeded glass. The stone is Alamo sandstone random ledger panel from floor and decor. The cabinets and walls are shoji white - Sherwin Williams.

I used this basket from @oliveateliers to hold my fairytale cascading hydrangea. It’s still in its plastic pot inside the basket and I sprayed with waterproof spray on the basket. The color of my flip house is Sherwin Williams oyster white with SW stone lion doors and shutters. This lantern exterior light is super affordable from @lowes
