Luna’s first run! 🏃🏻‍♀️ If you read my July Fitness Recap yesterday, I wasn’t kidding about buying shorts and a fanny pack to prep for this 😂 Sure, we didn’t go far (or fast 🙈) - and yes, she cut me off a few times when she was distracted by something (mostly squirrels 🤷🏻‍♀️), but I think she did pretty great for her first time! Hoping to make this our new routine, at least a few days a week. It’s cardio for me and a good way to tire her out... girls got a LOT of energy!
