I’m usually not a fan of the Forever 21 stores and only stick to online purchases, but I wandered in with a few minutes to kill and was surprised at their selection of gowns available for cheap prices. This floral mesh gown from Forever 21 would be fantastic for upcoming wedding season and is less than $35! Couldn't find the long-sleeved version online, so the spaghetti strap version is linked.
