Sometimes runs don’t go as planned. Thankfully only ended up with scraped knees and shoes — but my fun bright fit got all the compliments. No one even noticed the bloody knees 😆 Today I kept it simple and indoors to let things heal. Thankfully our treadmill when used with Runna tracks pretty nicely with my Garmin.
