Final super long run of this London Marathon cycle tomorrow, so tonight is all about hydration, leftover Brooklyn pizza, and stretching with my girlie — growth‑spurt season is real.

🏃‍♀️✨ 18 miles in the bank!

Long runs are officially long‑running — 18 miles today! The sun finally showed up, the wind was doing the absolute most, but we got it done. Big thanks to Salt Stick, Keyone-IQ and the late‑run Pickle Juice shot.

These miles hit different. I almost rolled my ankle, and through some chaotic mid‑air flailing managed to avoid face‑planting not once but twice in the last mile and a half. Tired feet were barely clearing the ground — a lesson I’m definitely taking with me.
