Have to say, after traveling solo to England I’m starting to feel like a local! Keeping left in public walkways and cancelled trains mid-journey…I hardly batted an eye😅🇬🇧

Two apps I highly recommend that kept me from panicking during more than one cancelled ride: @trainline for train travel and @citymapper for the Tube (great for other cities/countries too!)

Not sure why I developed a fear of flying after having kids, but I did and no matter what I tried, it wasn’t getting better. The SOAR course is the first thing that’s actually worked and made flying better. Highly recommend if you struggle like me!

Two amazing weeks in England visiting my daughter, son-in-law, and grandson make every part of the journey worth it!
