My buffalo garbanzo beans turned out great! Sharing the recipe I used. This is such an easy delicious snack + a great addition to a salad with ~21g of protein per can. I made a 3 can batch. Try it and let me know what you think! Make sure to dry the beans really well (I used a paper towel) as this is the key to getting them crunchy!
